3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your completed reading, you may request a full refund within 5 days of receiving the reading. Refund claims must be submitted within this period, and the service must have been fully paid for and delivered.

• Cancellations: Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for one reschedule or a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the fee.

• Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Clients who are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show. One courtesy reschedule is allowed for no-shows. After the courtesy reschedule, any further no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session and payment.

4. License to Use Website

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial use. You agree to use the Site only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
